Terms of Use
This is the frozen copy of version 1.0. The current version is always at /legal/terms/. All versions.
1. General provisions
1.1. These Terms of Use (the “Terms” or the “Agreement”) govern the relationship between the Klyaksa service (the “Service”, “we”) and a user of the Service (the “User”, “you”).
1.2. The Service is available at klyaksa.app, including its subdomains (among them app.klyaksa.app). The Service is operated by SEBO - FZCO (DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE). Contact: [email protected].
1.3. By using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accept the Terms. If you do not agree with the terms, do not use the Service.
1.4. The Service is not intended for persons under 16. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old.
2. Definitions
- Canvas — a workspace (board) for creating diagrams, charts, notes and other visual materials.
- Content — any data you create, upload or place on Canvases (shapes, text, images, etc.).
- Agent — a program or AI agent connected to the Service over the MCP protocol and acting on your behalf according to your instructions.
- Guest account — an account created without providing an email address; access to it is kept in the browser in which it was created.
3. Description of the Service
3.1. Klyaksa is an online whiteboard for collaboration. You and your Agents create and edit Canvases; an Agent connects to the Service over MCP and places on the Canvas what you asked it to. A Canvas can be worked on together in real time.
3.2. The Service is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”.
4. Account and access
4.1. You can start without registering — in a Guest account — or by registering with an email address. An email address can be linked to a Guest account at any time, after which it becomes a regular account.
4.2. Access to a Guest account is stored only in the browser in which the account was created. If the browser data is deleted or the session expires while no email address is linked to the account, access to the account and its Content cannot be restored.
4.3. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and password secure (and, for a Guest account, to the browser in which it was created), as well as for all actions within your account, including the actions of Agents you have connected.
5. Rights to Content and licence
5.1. All of your Content remains yours. We claim no rights to it.
5.2. You grant us a limited licence to store, display, process, create previews of, back up and transmit your Content — solely to the extent necessary for the technical operation of the Service and for providing its features to you and to those you have given access. We do not use Content for any other purpose.
5.3. You confirm that you hold all necessary rights to the Content you place.
6. Shared access and publication
6.1. You can give access to your Canvas:
- (a) to other users of the Service;
- (b) by link — to anyone who has the link (not only users of the Service);
- (c) by other means available in the Service.
6.2. When you give access to a Canvas by link, you act as the person publishing the Content and are solely responsible for its lawfulness and for respecting the rights of third parties.
7. Acceptable use
7.1. Use of the Service is governed by the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), which is an integral part of the Terms. It is prohibited to place unlawful Content, Content that infringes the rights of third parties, and other Content specified in the AUP.
8. Responsibility for Content
8.1. You bear full responsibility for your Content in accordance with the law applicable to you.
8.2. We do not pre-moderate Content and are not responsible for user Content. On receiving a substantiated complaint, we may respond, including by removing Content and/or restricting access or blocking the account.
9. Deletion of account and data
9.1. To delete your account, send a request to [email protected] from the email address the account is registered to. We delete your data from our servers within 30 days and notify you at that address once deletion is complete.
9.2. A Guest account can be deleted on request once an email address has been linked to it: without one, we cannot confirm that the request comes from the account owner. We may delete Guest accounts with no linked email address that have not been used for more than 90 days, together with their Content.
10. Changes to the terms
10.1. We may change the Terms. We notify you of material changes by email or through the Service interface. Continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect means you accept them.
11. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
11.1. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties.
11.2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or lost profits arising in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
12. Termination of access
12.1. We may restrict or terminate your access to the Service if you breach the Terms or the AUP, place unlawful Content, or if there is a threat to the security and operation of the Service.
13. Miscellaneous
13.1. The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2. Contacts: general — [email protected]; support — [email protected]; privacy questions — [email protected]; complaints about Content — [email protected].
